I'm adding this short version of a recent post I made on my Health & Diet page incase you haven't visited my healthy eating page.

That's all it took to get my MIND back on track! I didn't have to think about it anymore because MY SUBCONCIOUSNESS WAS MAKING THE RIGHT DECISIONS FOR ME AGAIN !!

It's just amazing! I am a very strong willed person usually. It is hard to change my mind. It is hard for ME to change my mind! It is virtually impossible for me to follow a concious decision (for any length of time) that hasn't started in my subconcious mind. But eating those 2 foods causes my subconcious mind to just make the right decisions for me so I automatically choose the right foods for the meal.

I immediately stopped hunting for sweet or salty foods & instead I made the right food & was happy to leave it at that.

I don't know why it happens (well I do but I won't bore you unless you really want to know!) but I am so glad that it does. lol

are as follows:-  Size 6 fits adult/youth wrist aprox 11-13cm around
                         Size 7 fits adult wrist aprox 14-15cm around
                         Size 8 fits adult wrist aprox 16-19cm around

All my prices include p&p & I will post multiple bracelets in the one package for the one p&p cost. I also give a discount on multiple purchases. Some bracelets such as the Rainbow Series 5, Tear Drop Series 2 or Beach Series 2 are meant to be worn in groups. I will give a good discount for buying several of these.

All bracelets are individual, even though they may look similar. I never make 2 quite the same.

About my bracelets.

I love making bracelets. So far I haven't felt like making earings etc. I might add some necklaces or I could do one specially to match a bracelet I have already made if you want.

I make them to fit an adult wrist of various sizes from 14cm to 20cm around. Because they are stretchy they will fit a a bit bigger or smaller then what I say they will fit. So it's only an aproximate measurement.

When I work out the page settings for my blog better I will put the proper sizings in the side bar, but for now you can email me for more detail.

I will have my web page up & running in a few days time which will have a better layout too.

OMG what a learning curve!!

My heart is in my mouth as I learn about blogging & setting up a blog page (right here I need some emoticons....where are they??) lol

This is not easy for a middle aged person. Things don't seem so straight forward once you actually think about what to click on or what decisions to make. And the page doesn't look the same once it's published.

Anyway I wanted to get my bracelets out there for people to see & maybe even buy. ;) I've got a heap of different styles but need to get the photo album working right first.
